We specialize in offering hands-on instruction to clients while they are taking the pictures in a variety of picturesque venues, such as the National Mall, the Washington National Cathedral, the Library of Congress, the Reagan Washington National Airport, Georgetown by day and night, and many other locations at sunrise, sunset, civil twilight and nighttime.

E. David Luria, the director of Washington Photo Safari, is a professional architectural photographer trained in Paris at the Parsons School of design by a protege of famed French photographer Henri Cartier Bresson. A member of the american Sociaty of media photographer, the association of independent Architectural Photographers, and the Society of Photographic Educators, mr. Luria has had images appear i over 100 publications and in calendars and postcards sold throughout the DC area. he and his team of 11 instructors have trained over 36,000 amateur photographers in camera use and composition since 1999.
