The basin was quiet and still this morning as the mist shrouded the swamp
The fall colors are not visible at all this morning, the mist has totally shrouded the swamp. The gators are quiet and the birds even seem to be at rest. No one wants to move and disturb the quiet stillness. As I paddle through the swamp even I move with such stillness that the water doesn’t ripple. I revel in the moment and capture this image to remember the feeling.
