Glacier National Park - Kalispell, MT
Montana’s Glacier National Park is full of scenic wonder and astonishing beauty. It contains more than a million acres of lakes, alpine meadows and forest, and shelters remnant glaciers that helped carve its rugged peaks, deep valleys and extraordinary terrain.
We’ll take you to many of the park’s most scenic locations, which will mean some strenuous hiking at times, but the payoff is well worth the effort. You’ll be awed by the powerful waterfalls, teeming wildlife and dazzling aqua-colored lakes. Late July also finds the park in its most colorful summer dress as vibrant wildflowers adorn the hills and trailsides, adding to the visual feast.
We hope to get up-close images of the diverse wildlife, including bighorn sheep, mountain goats, moose, eagles and bears, in addition to the grand vistas of McDonald Lake, Wild Goose Island, Grinnell Lake, and much more.
You’ll want to make sure to pack all your lenses, from macro towide-angle and telephoto, to fully capture all the glorious facets of this spectacular wilderness.
