They conduct wildlife research and field training at sites around the world, from the Peruvian Amazon to India's Western Ghats.  Since they were founded in 2009, they have trained more than 200 research assistants and field course students from across the globe.

The FPI also offers photography tours year-round focusing on wildlife and nature photography in India’s Western Ghats.  The tours are led by the FPI Director of Photography Ishaan Raghunandan.
