Our Muse:

Artist and author of “The Spiral of Creativity,” Brecia is a passionate champion of creativity and knitter extraordinaire. After years of knitting in rows, she discovered the absolute joy of wildly playing off the knitting grid. Once she discovered how simple it was to indulge her free spirit and unquenchable appetite for color while creating uniquely fabulous knitwear, she has been sharing this love with knitters around the globe. Brecia will also share her skills as a creativity coach encouraging everyone to Play- Explore-Discover. As an award winning and nationally exhibited artist, her zeal for color, texture, and movement has driven her own life as an artist and taken her from New York, to London, to Kyoto exploring various facets of the art world.

The Workshop:

Creativity, Color, Cloth and Culture

This workshop offers a beautiful opportunity to participate in the first leg of an amazing international, collaborative art project: Women’s Woven Voices created by Author, Artist and Creativity Coach Brecia Kralovic-Logan. A creative exploration of color, cloth and culture to be shared with a community of Maya women. You’ll boost your creative courage using a variety of textile techniques such as simple weaving projects and natural dying sessions combined with writing to connect, create and share across cultures, weaving together your creative life timeline.

Play, Explore and Discover creative color magic!
