San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
Daily excursions will present inspiring opportunities to explore al fresco painting (primarily watercolours and acrylic paints). Time will be set aside each day for individual reflection, writing, or continued painting on a terrace with a magnificent view.
The course, entitled A Sense of Place, will include exercises in place-engagement, to help foster the relationship between students and this special colonial town. The week will end with a group display of artwork, and a celebratory brunch. Above all, the retreat offers a time and space in which to be immersed in your creativity, in a breathtaking, artist-friendly setting.
